Keep it Relevant……

Have you ever wondered why you have not been called for an interview?  It could be that you are still using that same resume from days gone by.  You could have all the education and experience in the world, but no prospective employer is going to know that if you do not update your resume.  A professionally written resume can really increase your response time and get you an interview.

You need to understand your resume is a hiring manager’s first impression of who you are.  Although you may be the best-qualified person for the position, if your resume does not translate, you will not get the interview.  Please understand, in today’s job market all of your experience may not be relevant to the position you are applying for. Hiring managers are not interested in reading about skills and abilities that are not a fit for their organization.

A well-crafted resume focuses on the position’s job description, and gives you the best chance to sell yourself in this competitive job market.
